Rocky was brought into the clinic because she was
“too loving” – wanted to be on someone’s lap all the time, and followed
them around all the time (can you imagine?)! So we found her a great
home, but unfortunately the other kitty that lived there wasn’t
too crazy about her. She was returned to the Clinic with a few bruises
and scratches. By this time, we felt that maybe she just needed
to stay with us. Rocky has been on a diet almost ever since she’s
been here, but you couldn’t tell it! It’s pretty embarrassing when
our doctors have just counseled someone on nutrition and diet for
their kitty and Rocky comes waddling through the room! But – she
has a beautiful soul – and that’s what really counts!

Bear or the princess, as some of the staff refer to her, is a permanent resident of Cheryl's (our Practice Manager) office. She really wished to be an only child (uh, cat), so couldn't seem to bring herself to accept her adopted sibling @ home! Dr. Schomacker had the "purrfect" solution. Let her live w/Cheryl in her office. The office has now become Bear's, but Cheryl still belongs to Bear -- and Bear is happy to share HER office with Cheryl."

Esmerelda, or "Ezzy" as we call her, has been with the Cat Clinic since we found her in our garden out back. She has a couple of medical issues which prevented us from finding her a good home -- so, she's happy to join us here. Ezzy looks at the world a little differently -- as you can see from this photo!
So, now you’ve been introduced to the “really” important staff members at the Cat Clinic – just ask them, they’ll tell you! Anyway, like
the saying goes, “you can never have too many cats!”
